By accessing or using Thastock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, regardless of plan tier.
Thastock provides market data, technical alerts, portfolio tracking, and AI-generated research summaries. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer to buy or sell.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or misuse the API.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are stated in USD. You may cancel at any time from account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance with a 15-minute delay on the Free plan and real-time on paid plans. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete, or timely. Do not make trading decisions based solely on data displayed in Thastock.
AI research summaries are generated by AI. They may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. AI output is not financial advice. It is a summarization tool and should be verified independently before acting on it.
You may not: scrape or bulk-download data beyond your plan limits; use the API to resell data or build a competing data product; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; upload malicious content; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
Thastock and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from use of the platform, including data errors, outages, or AI-generated inaccuracies. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
